Gustavo Rademacher holds a degree in Film from PUC-Rio and a Master's in Contemporary Arts Studies from UFF, as well as an MBA in Management from FGV. Throughout his career, he has developed a sharp eye for storytelling and cultural influences, which is evident in his work. He has contributed to major platforms such as MAX, Disney, Globoplay, and Record TV.
Past Projects
Among his standout projects, he developed and wrote the first two seasons of the dramedy Perrengue for MTV Brasil. He was also a writer on the third season of the drama Conselho Tutelar for Record TV, and on the hit series Arcanjo Renegado for Globoplay. Rademacher served as head writer for seasons three and four of the crime drama A Divisão (Globoplay), and continued in that role for the second season of Pacto de Sangue for SPACE/HBO MAX.
He has also expanded into the gaming industry, working as a narrative designer on the horror game War Paint by Humaning. In cinema, he wrote the story and screenplay for the feature film Rio de Sangue for Disney/Buena Vista International, directed by Gustavo Bonafé and starring Giovanna Antonelli, Alice Wegman, and Antonio Calloni. Most recently, he wrote the story and screenplay for Território do Crime, a feature film currently in production for MAX, and is now working on a new film project with Paranoid Br.
José Magalhães

José Luiz Magalhães has been a Public Security Professional for 32 years in the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro. Magalhães was the head of the Intelligence and Operations Service of the team that ended the epidemic of kidnappings in Rio de Janeiro and one of the creators of CORE (Special Resources Coordination). Since 2016, he has been dedicated to audiovisual authorship.
Past Projects
He created and wrote the four seasons of the tv show and the feature film "A DIVISÃO" (Globoplay, 2019-), was one of the screenwriters and the main consultant for the series "ARCANJO RENEGADO" (Globoplay, 2020-), and served as a Script Doctor for the film "A Suspeita" (directed by Pedro Peregrino).
He also worked as a screenwriter and final script editor for Season 2 of the series "Pacto de Sangue" to be aired on the Space/HBO MAX channels, and as a consultant for the tv show “Cenas de um Crime” for Paramount +. Currently, he is crafting a feature film for Buena Vista International (Disney) slated for a 2024 release.
